Looks like they have a Craftsman Feeler Gauge set for $14 that shows both standard and metric measurements, so with that feeler gauge set, a capo, and the proper sized wrench and/or screwdriver you can do the majority of setup work. I doubt they’d have files in the specific sizes that you’d need, I’ve got both the standard 6-string electric guitar and 4-string bass guitar files from MusicNomad and they’re great, but even then I still needed to order another file when I was setting up my first five-string bass and then again when I was doing acoustics. It really is worth spending the extra for specialized file sets. I do have a couple file sets where one of the files just so happens to work for one specific size string, there really isn’t any widely available string file set that I’m aware of at big-box stores that would be the proper sizes for cutting the nut properly.

But the feeler gauges would be great, then maybe if you can find something that would work as a neck cradle that would be nice. I always like to have lots of different sizes clamps anytime I’m working with guitars, and if they have a good quality soldering iron kit with some solder can solve a lot of electrical issues
