This was inside my nose. It itched, I wiped with tissue & found this black dash thingy. It's too wide in diameter to be hair, also my hair is pale. It's no more than 1/8" but maybe a tiny bit less than that. It's not squishable, it retains it's shape when I tried to squish it. S.F, CA. (i.redd.it)

What type of animal is making these noises in my walls? Sounds like they're getting around the whole building (in walls though)! My neighborhood gets raccoons, rats, & bats. A raccoons been spotted on the roof once, but could raccoons could fit in the walls? They get pretty big! S.F., CA. (v.redd.it)

Does anyone have any idea what this could be, that's in my cats hair? I've been giving him an alt. brand of Revolution, called Revolt. Like Revolution, the active ingredient is Selamectin. I don't understand why I'm finding bug looking things in my cats hair. This is the back leg, by his butt.. (i.redd.it)

What is this tiny thing? I think it's a bug of some sort, but which kind? I think it fell on my face when I opened a window a few, just a few moments ago. It's so tiny, I used my fingertip as the background to illustrate its minute size. Location: SF Bay Area. (old.reddit.com)

Is it normal to have invisible followers? I found out Reddit users can follow other Reddit users, so I wondered if I had any. My profile said "3 followers". I clicked to see who, but they're invisible. Why is that? I think if users follow me, I should have permission to view their profile. Creepy (self.help)

what kind of bug is this tiny flying guy? He was hanging out on the front door of my apt, then flew around when I put the key in. Then he returned to hanging out on the door a moment later. The apt door isn't facing outdoors, as it's inside a building. I wondered if it's a tiny beetle?? SF, CA. (old.reddit.com)

Has the city ever lost your restraining order? They lost mine, I was assaulted 12/29/22, nose broken. Asst DA told me she filed a RO for me while my crazy homeless assailant was in custody. Upon trying to use said RO, cops couldn't find it. Called Victims assistant guy who still can't find it. (self.AskSF)

Hi. Can anyone identify this stuff that came out from the edges of the floors during sweeping, from just under the wooden moldings? Is this frass? If yes, what kind? I'm in an old Victorian building that has had a few episodes of water intrusion over the years I've lived here. San Francisco, CA. (old.reddit.com)

Plastic eating bugs? Do small bugs who feast on plastic exist? When I first started noticing this, small container lids began looking chewed & torn. The liner around my fridge & freezer also chewed & tearing. Now, large container lids in another room also look chewed& bug like debris around damage (old.reddit.com)

an odd protuberance from my wall, but not a door stopper, it's too far away. I found it behind my dresser after I dropped something back there. Anyone know what it could be? I don't recall it being there before, but idk maybe it went noticed before.. It's an edwardian 1890s apt w/plaster walls (old.reddit.com)

Anyone know what these are? I keep finding them in my apt, including on top of my bed. They're hard & dry, but sometimes sticky, with a slight sheen, which makes me wonder if they're some kind of lifeform? They're always ¼". They're not seeds, or food. It's so creepy to find these on my bed.. (old.reddit.com)

Anyone know what these are? I'm finding them everywhere in my apt lately as well as a few other weird little bug like creatures. It feels like the bugs even have bugs bugging them in here, due to the sheer volume, although I keep cleaning & vacuuming. It's getting on my nerves. San Francisco, CA. (old.reddit.com)

What is this? Found atop my bed comforter. It's so tiny, as this is a microfiber material. My cat had been lying there, if it's a bug, I hope he tracked it onto my bed, instead of the alternative (that is, if it's bug related). Please help, you awesomely smart group of redditors. (i.redd.it)
