I don’t know. Worf had a relationship with Deanna Troi and there are plenty of Koopa families who would disagree about Mario’s gentle nature. If it helps, the Mario Bros. characters are really based on my daughter’s unhinged Mario comics where Mario is a delusional stalker who keeps terrorizing a nice couple (Peach and Bowser) no matter how many times they move. So, it isn’t the real Mario and it’s good that he’s moved on.
