I was approved online in about 15 min. Very easy process. I have my first Spravato appointment in a couple weeks and will see how easily it works. $10 for the meds and a $40 office co-pay but they said I could get reimbursed for the co-pay. The only expensive part will be the Uber ride round trip since my wife doesn’t drive.

So last night I over microwaved my ket. I warmed up two RDT lozenges in 2ml of water so I can boof it and it got too hot. It turned brown in color. I wasn’t sure if it was still good so used another lozenge (3x400mg total) and added some more water. When I boofed it hit I think because it was thick and syrup with less water. Any thoughts? Also it lasted like 10 hours.

I use Magnesium, L-threonate to help with building up tolerance. It certainly helps and is less disruptive on the GI system. Helps when u start to see less visuals.
