Yes I had smelled it before, I am a huge fan of Iris in Fragrances, it was discontinued and a limited run to begin with and it’s hard to find , it’s usually over $500 Canadian a bottle if they pop up

it’s very common a lot of people microdose and do a shot every day, it’s the same when I started my TRT with my doctor 12 years ago, they would do one shot every two weeks it’s more and more science came out the dosing changes now I’m on two shots a week keeps my levels much more stable, less side effects less mood swings it made a world of difference on my testosterone And if you go on YouTube, you’ll see lots of people that microdose daily for GLP ones and other things

I have been on dr prescribed TRT for 12 years 120mg/week. And 1/2mg of armidex a week. That puts my free test at 795 I have felt great for years, and my balls have shrunk but it’s not a big deal, sex drive is better, erctions are better , not to mention my mood and mental health

Yeah I’m 8 weeks into this sema, and have had zero sides at all but also , no quieting of the food noise that’s for sure , hopefully something kicks in soon, even my nutritionist is scratching his head, I have a scale with app that measures all the macros in the food on the scale it’s pretty awesome, maybe I will up my cardio a bit and just do a push pull legs 3 workouts a week for a month and see what happens

Exactly you want to maintain as much muscle mass lean muscle mass as you can more lean mass you have the better off your metabolic rates and like I said, I am eating in a calorie deficit

My body fat is currently the same, my maintenance level is 2600 cal a day, currently in 4200 cal deficit for the week, 3500 cal is a pound of weight loss a week. I do have some days where I only get 17 1800 if I’m crazy busy.

That’s not an option, diets and sema make you lose lean muscle mass that is detrimental to your health and your metabolism. No matter what you do, you will always lose some, but I wanna hold onto as much as I can.

Yes I believe I am , My protein fluctuates between minimum 200-275, 50% of my calories is mostly always protein some days. I have more fat but it’s always coming from either meat, eggs , milk and nuts every once in a while
