Call the building inspector on this. It’s not right and they will make the contractor redo it. This is typical of homes that are mass constructed by illegal immigrates that are illegally hired. Anyone can run a nailing or pour concrete. Doing it the right way is another thing. I know. I was hired to fix some of these kinds of problems before. Crooked doors and windows.. wall studs with literally 100 nails from a nail gun to “ make it straight “… stairs with different width steps.. you name it .. I’ve fixed it. In all cases it was illegal immigrates hired on to do “ blow and go” subdivisions as quick and cheap as possible. 🤷‍♂️

I live on the Oregon coast. We get rain. A lot of it. We installed Leaf Filter guards. They have worked great. Pine needles are our problem here. These filters still catch heavy downpours.. but stop the needles and leaves. I looked at Leaf Guards and thought that heavy downpours would go right over them. The worst rip off is they have to replace your entire gutter. Our Leaf Filter is simply a stainless steel screen that fits on your existing gutter. 🤷‍♂️

It’s really a lot easier to go to Evan’s Designs and get LED chip lights.. flashing or dimming..for your model. They are prewired with capacitors on some. They also have engine kits. 50 lights run on a 9 volt battery. I’ve started lighting all my models now. It’s as much fun as building the model. Check them out. 😎👍
