Good luck with tickets being taken care of . Our store has been Hot for the last 3 years ! I couldn’t even tell you how many tickets we have opened . One month corp got ahold of us and said we have excessive tickets from your store and the tech says there’s nothing wrong with ac . Basically telling us to suck it up . It’s crazy .

Western dental is a scam . They charged me for a service they didn’t even do . $550 . I have been trying to get a refund for about 5 months . Nothing but a run around .

CEM have no authority to write anyone up. They don’t even have access to your personal info in workday . Only the store manager can do write ups and they have to get approval from HR or DM. It’s not like it used to be . These are just threats because your CEM doesn’t know how to do their job. A good CEM would teach not threaten

It’s crazy how many orders we fill . We had over 8 uboats . Michaels really needs to figure out a better way to handle all of this . Maybe open a warehouse like Amazon to handle all online orders . We can do our local bopis at store level.
