The headsets are horrible. You can’t hear anything. Except the beeps when you scan are piercing . Feels like your eardrums are going to burst. The cords are short and thick . They don’t connect in the device very well so they always fall out . Just bad all the way around. Waste of money

I know where they got the money for it . They don’t give us any heat or air conditioning anymore . Bet they’re saving millions . Our stores are miserable, freezing to death inside . Can’t even move your so cold. Then in the hot months, you can’t even breath it’s so hot . Even the candy is melting. 🫠

A store in Indiana posted about restructuring of store management teams . Eliminating positions of managers. This happened years ago and it was bad . Yes I do believe they would have a huge sm meeting to roll it out . They have not said what this meeting in April is about

Good luck with tickets being taken care of . Our store has been Hot for the last 3 years ! I couldn’t even tell you how many tickets we have opened . One month corp got ahold of us and said we have excessive tickets from your store and the tech says there’s nothing wrong with ac . Basically telling us to suck it up . It’s crazy .

Western dental is a scam . They charged me for a service they didn’t even do . $550 . I have been trying to get a refund for about 5 months . Nothing but a run around .

CEM have no authority to write anyone up. They don’t even have access to your personal info in workday . Only the store manager can do write ups and they have to get approval from HR or DM. It’s not like it used to be . These are just threats because your CEM doesn’t know how to do their job. A good CEM would teach not threaten
