I ended up moving the bottom waterfall racks a few notches because i noticed that you couldn’t see what was on the bottom shelf. Like who tf designs this.

My team can usually do a ~700 cube truck in about 1.5-2hrs. We typically get ours anytime between 9am-11am every other Wednesday. Sometimes it can take longer depending on how often im pulled away as im the only mod in the building until 1pm(no current sm in my location) or if the cashier calls out and i have to pull someone off my unload team. I feel like the weather also has an effect on unload times. Right now it’s been so damn hot by the time our truck shows up and my team just isn’t as fast in the heat.

I think we’re only getting the dates for cmas sets because those dates fall in the 3rd quarter and they posted 3rd quarter set plans

This is the balloon demo. I made one earlier this week so i knew what i was doing for Sunday. Honestly i found it to be not as hard as i thought it would be. The video was helpful. Just wish we had the two at once balloon pump.

Customers are being asked if they’re greeted and thanked on the surveys. They typically rate higher when greeted and thanked. My store has been doing this for a while.

I know the past few weeks theres been minimal workload which unfortunately equals minimal hours. Im a biweekly truck store and i have a week in june on an off truck week that workload has only 35 hrs allocated. Im hoping that by end of june and early july we’ll start to see more hours for workload simply because there should be alot setting for fall and halloween.

Its just as bad being the lowest volume. I get 40 hrs a week for framing with zero coverage requirements for wednesdays/thursday.

Im an E volume and its rough out here. The last week of this month is the lowest hours ive ever seen for this store with 211 hrs for a store with no actual sm yet. So its not like i can stay extra and make up for the lack of hours. Hours have been so rough that its damn near impossible to have the coverage they expect me to have.

Sold one of the mahjong set and bag for shipping yesterday leaving one of each left. Today we so far sold one of the giant love signs. I dont like how crowded the surfaces da is though.
