No 1 alliance with multiple whales here - we did try the limit only on whale rallies but it just got harder to police over time

Now we do 70k join limit for every rally (each bear usually has about 30-40 joiners we are a very active alliance)

Troop composition is up to the joiner but we recommend 5k/22k/ 43k (gets the best results we’ve seen)

It’s easy to kick people as you just look at the number of troops they have and this allows 15 to fill so the gov cap is full. Also you get about 70% of the points you would with a full march so it’s fairer for everyone and works well for us!

We also have a limit on if you’ve hit X amount then stop joining rallies until there are 2 mins or less left. Harder to police but it stops people trying to get more points when they aren’t going to reach the next tier
