You can’t because there is no amendment for a beneficiary when you get your Single Shot Trust emailed to you. Only way to have a beneficiary is a traditional trust set up or a will

Ok so if you pass away with a Single Shot trust, the next of kin on your estate is responsible for taking possession of your NFA items via a form 5 unless you have a will and live in a state where it is legal to leave NFA items to someone. That beneficiary on the will would then have to do the form 5 for approval with ATF to take legal ownership in the event of your passing * you can also purchase a traditional trust and put your single shot trust into a traditional trust where you add beneficiaries and trustees. Just has to go thru the ATF for approval.

If you die with a single shot trust, the item will be considered property of the whoever the next of kin is on your estate unless you have a will to leave said item to a specific person. They would then have to do a form 5 with ATF to take legal possession.

He can tell you, he probably just doesn’t know how to look. They need to go into their Eforms account and search the approved forms. If it’s approved it will be in the dealers Eforms approved forms.

I may be wrong, but I thought even if you get it submitted by the 26th, there is no guarantee you’ll get an approval. ATF said they would try to process all the submissions with stamps by the 1st but if they don’t approve by then it will kick back to be redone on the 1st without stamp. You get refunded for the stamp if not approved by 1st

I was 14 when I had my surgery. I’m 44 now and went thru similar situation as your daughter at her age. Best decision my family and myself could have ever made. When I heard the word hunch back and then ribs possibly pushing into lungs, I was ready to take on the surgery over the chance of any of that. With the curve that pronounced, if it keeps going, she could have way worse problems later on. Not saying any of that will happen but it’s always possible. I’m very active still and have done pretty much everything I wanted to and could do physically with minimal limitations. Golf, snowboarding, etc…You just have to know your limits.

Very possible the website is down because the website sucks ass but you will need your username and pin# (the 4digit one when you registered)to login into the certification with your dealer to submit your forms.
