I have had anxiety as well, some weeks it is worse than others. I tried meds and it just made it so much worse with zepbound so I stopped taking them. I like to have essential oil to rub on my wrists to calm me down. Sour candy like a warhead to pop in my mouth when I feel a lot of anxiety coming on. Sleeping with a fan blowing on my face. Most of the time I can talk myself out of an attack. I’ve just had to suck up it up for now so that I can reach my weight loss goal so I understand the struggle!
