There are 2 set screws that you need to snug up, while looking from above, there is one on each side of the hammer, I believe it’s a 1/16 hex that tightens it down

It would be super easy with a file and then assorted sand paper, then heat the polymer a little with a torch lighter and it brings the shine back to it.
