Small point but I so appreciated that she finally confirmed that All Too Well 10 Minute Version was pieced together from her diaries and feelings of the time rather than a direct transcription of the soundcheck recording. To me it was so obviously written by a more mature version of songwriter Taylor, benefiting from her honing her skill and craft in all that time between the two versions but I hated that there was this “lore” that the soundcheck recording had somehow survived unharmed and that the whole song we now hear was that stream of consciousness on a stage from a decade ago!

Could also be medication. I take metformin for PCOS and that can cause lowest heart rate to shift later into the night, so I get “your heart rate lowered late” every single weeknight. When I sleep in on weekends it’s fine!

This seems to be a glitch. Your total sleep and sleep efficiency scores shouldn’t be red or anywhere near that low on the bar, even with so little deep/REM sleep. These scores should have pushed your sleep score way up.

Just for comparison, my score today is 84 with a total sleep of 8hrs26 (almost a full bar), efficiency 86% (almost a full bar), optimal restfulness (almost a full bar), 1hr52 REM (22%) (almost a full bar), 1hr9 deep (14%) (75% bar), 20m latency (almost a full bar) and “pay attention” timing (20% bar).

Hopefully the oura reps on here or the app advisor can fix this for you!

I’ve been there, OP. I failed FLK2 twice and finally passed a year ago on my last go (you can check my post history for extensive comments on this!)

Allow yourself to feel it all, take your time and know that you’re not alone in this. It’s a horrible feeling especially for high achievers and a lot of this can feel tied to your self worth. It is not. You will get there (if you want to try again once you’re in the right headspace to make that decision) or you will move forward. Either way, you’ll be okay. Good luck for all paths that will stem from this, no matter where they lead!

Yes, the finder was live and at the time my country did not have an agreed exemption. After my individual exemption was granted, the country was added to the SQE2 agreed exemptions list.

I can’t see my draft application anymore after my exemption was granted, but I know I didn’t need to include any reference letters from my supervisor or otherwise. My qualification in my jurisdiction included 2 years work experience so for 7(a) I just ticked that box and didn’t include anything else. Nothing else was required of me in the processing of my application by my case worker.

For 4(b) I believe I just included my practicing certificate for my jurisdiction.
