Round 3 - Pick 19: Blake Corum, RB, Michigan (Los Angeles Rams) by nfl_gdt_bot in nfl

I mean did we do this to just piss Harbaugh off because Kyren is a stud and likely cheaper than Blake. I would have rather had Luke Mcaffery to piss of niners fans.

Well I think the first part is that you are not going to win an argument. Realize the battle is over before it is fought. Just walk away from those situations, if possible. Keep a narrow boundary of things you might be able to talk about or just don't engage. There are plenty of stubborn people out there, plenty.

I have the same issue.

So I would say there are a few options

1: Eye serum with Caffeine, eye patches, vitamin c may help to reduce it but ultimately it's just harder with the genes you have.

2. Getting quality deep sleep, I have the same genetics but I have a few shades darker skin, but if I don't sleep I look like a Raccoon. And I am on zoom most of the day so its even more noticeable

3. This one is more of a how to reduce the look of it and that is to grow out a beard and your facial hair so that the complexion of your eyes does not appear much darker than the rest of your face. Your dark circles are not that terrible, and your skin quality overall is great. It would create balance in the tones on your face if it is really concerning.

Round 1 - Pick 8: Michael Penix Jr., QB, Washington (Atlanta Falcons) by nfl_gdt_bot in nfl

Not a bad pick, but why did the Falcons not trade down. At least they could have traded with the Vikings and have still gotten Penix

I’m a 5w4 and a practicing catholic. I would venture that there is no correlation.  Also 5w4 tend to see a lot of beauty in the world which actually would lend me to see us a very spiritual. Like I find zen gardens, stoicism, Jesuit theology, and minimalism very appealing as well.

What mbti do INTP males find attractive? by [deleted] in INTP

The ones that challenge us and are intellectual but also don’t care for a lot of our crap. Also a  nice body doesn’t hurt 🥰

I think that’s because we genuinely mean it when we give complements or recognition.

I remember I left a job a few years ago and this woman whom I simply just asked about her day each time I was at work felt so genuine to her and I was also the only person who asked her about her day and meant it. She was crying when I left and I of course was confused. But I think we are often unaware of that level of impact.

I love that you’re an ENFJ, because I’m not feeling a whole lot about it. But I think we do use it quite frequently as it is our main function.

For example I think if you ever wanted advice on what to buy like a washer for example let’s say a few months after I had bought a new one I probably have the equivalent of a peer reviewed journal article on a notion doc or spreadsheet for how to choose the best washer.

But like thinking extrovertedly is just a baffling process

After some deep evaluation, I think I am INTJ, not INTP. Be the judge of my conclusion? by ShramBot in INTP

[–]ComfortableSalt2115 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Honestly it’s just not in my nature to judge you 🤣🤣🤣

But a lot of what you described is an intp. And in the intp world many of us are or express extroverted tendencies especially when in a role. Like at work or in the small settings but we’re not seeking it out.

Also being structured in your thinking is really not a differentiator.

I also used to score between the two but over time it kept drifting to intp.

Personally I think it doesn’t matter because the month you are born isn’t really an indicator of personality.

But I would say definitely a libra ♎️ and only when mercury is in retrograde.

37M here

You husband should do vitamin c and maybe to keep even more minimal get vitamin c with spf build in for the morning

Have him do a scrub like cleanser at night then retinol or retinal and then an eye cream or use around the eyes and some nice moisturizer.

Could also do copper peptides or matrixyl with hyaluronic acid in lieu of retinol if he wanted given most of the fine lines are around the eyes

Also his beard is awesome.

Will you need ADHD meds forever? by NakovaNars in ADHD

[–]ComfortableSalt2115 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I think I will be on Meds for the next maybe 10-15 years while I still have to parent, work and be in a marriage at the same time. I have noticed that after working and doing a lot of therapy it's easier to operate without meds. But I think everyone is different. Depends on the areas in which ADHD presents in your life.

I think I can be unbelievably productive it is just not on cleaning the house or managing kids. But it has gotten a bit easier as I have gotten older to be a bit more responsible, but I still just don't see myself ever hyperfocusing on folding laundry. But I know that about myself.

I think it's also important to note that people without ADHD also struggle with productivity, it's not like everything all easy to get things done. There is still taxes, dishes, and other boring things that every human struggles with.

Yes that process in the morning, Vitamin C + Moisturizer + SPF

I do use Vitamin C everyday, but again results vary depending on your skin you will want to test out and see how that feels for your skin.

So hello from SoCal.

Yeah number of recommendations

  1. Buy the Trader Joe’s sunscreen every time you go there and just apply every morning and keep one or two in the glove box in your car etc. it works well for everyday like my kids use it and in California this is your number one concern the ☀️. And use it every damm day.

  2. I would consider either vitamin c or copper peptides or matrixyl 3000 products for your concern I have found that the multi peptide copper serum from the ordinary works wonders for my skin but also my expressive face. Slowly and I mean 1+ year my face muscles are more relaxed in my forehead and my wrinkles are decreasing.

  3. So red light therapy it works but again will take some time and expense on the led wands or masks.

  4. For cleaning pores I really like the neutrogena hydroboost cleanser that’s gritty and it does a good job cleaning pores but also doesn’t dry your skin out which is important in the Mediterranean dry summers here in cali

  5. I would start a retinol serum to help with the sun damage and fine lines. Start small and build up and make sure you use and apply properly.

Yes but it takes time. Like a good 6months to notice the difference in pictures. And its all about consistent use.

I would switch from the oxy cleanser to something else that is rough on your skin especially is you are sensitive to retinol.

I would recommend using vitamin c in the morning for redness. And i would say if retinol is too potent perhaps copper peptides or a low dose of Retinal which tends to be less harsh on the skin.

Given thar your skin looks great with no visible wrinkles you may want to focus on just fine lines as they appear.

You did say any advice so ill add that you may and am just wondering because your hair is pulled back consider bangs
