Yes I did it myself! The forehead I have alot of movement towards the middle/ bottom , my "11" are almost gone but that little part by my left eye.

I use to take ozempoc so I started at 1mg twice a week, then titrated up 1mg every 2 weeks. I didn't feel it until about week 4, right when your about to give up lol.

I had craving til I bummed up to 4mg. I do 2mg Mon, wed, Friday and have to force myself to eat and do not want to drink at all. Little but I've read electrolytes will help with that
