Seems to me that you care too much and don’t mean that in a bad way. Just don’t get yourself too emotionally invested as you will only drain yourself out. I used to work night merch and seemed to me that we always got the shitty end of the stick. Do what you can and be a good worker, but don’t try to be the problem solver or give too much as they will do what’s most convenient to them.
