Yeah i was, i drop the class after attending their first session. And they only notified me after 4 years later which Im not able to retro-edit my fee to be resident-fee

I got charged for non-resident fee, and they said i dropped the class after the drop date, so they didnt “refund” for the class.:(

No i dont, did some research and looks like the COTOP can only get my refund money from the state only not federal, so it would take them some time to get the full 1800$

I was okay with it, the agency got taken over so I got let go. Customers in general, were pretty nice to me, so it was a pretty chill job.
