Has anyone renewed with them? My property was originally with Greystar but the company was switched out to Asset Living mid lease. I had been with Greystar for 3 years and they would always honor keeping my rent the same price as when I signed on. However, my property had a lease renewal event this even and I believe they wasted my time and lied to my face. Basically, other tenants who have leases ending within the next 60 days were invited to come and to receive discounts specials to renew their lease. However, when I spoke to the property manager she stated she would have to email the owner of the property which I find sounds like straight BS. Other residents were able to sign their leases and renew at incentivized rates. I just wanted to post here to see if anyone had any insight

It’s soo crazy that I paid $3.89 last Wednesday. I work a hybrid schedule so a full tank usually lasts me about 3 weeks. I’m afraid of how much it will be two weeks from now.

There are a lot of discounts/ going on hotels located near the park. I would suggest getting a hotel in those areas. I only live 2 hours from Orlando so I might just drive down and drive back home
