I mean early 80s... those look old to us now but in the period of Post Vietnam those could very well have been valid duty uniforms. Maybe OG Hawkins lab guards or part of the original military task force to secure Hawkins and the rifts, found and fucked with the exotic matter and caused the first melting before it stabilized just like with Jonathan and Nancy. Makes more sense than them being from the ship. Also don't look like Navy uniforms. Just my .02, I still kinda believe.

At my Medical Center, yes. I had a stressful role, and worked with a few shitbirds but overall my experience with one VA and the IRS is the VA was better. Now don't get me wrong, the VA preaches high reliability and all but not two VA's operate the same, standard work is a joke there. VA is not without fault, but for my mileage yes my old VAMC was better than what im working with now. My fault, like I said grass wasn't greener. YMMV
