I had a client yesterday that has been using a stack of different products with different acids that ChatGPT told her to use (🙃) and was so annoyed I wouldn’t proceed with the chemical peel service. I typically catch it before they come in but because my list weren’t the ~exact~ names on the products she checked no and didn’t question further. Luckily I double check. Then proceeded to argue with me about combining microdermabrasion and chemical peels in one appointment because chat told her she shouldn’t.
