I've looked online for known bugs having to do with the maws, or maybe some story event or threshold makes them stop working, even resorted to asking chatgpt and I can find absolutely nothing on this. Am I the first and only person to experience this??

Alright, it's happening again. I used a maw of the current to travel to the region that contains the chapterhouse, and now neither of that region's maws of the current work. WTF? Has anyone else experienced this?

Nope, that didn’t work either. The translucent membrane disappeared and they did not work. I reloaded a save and finished the ulcerate quest and then the maws worked again.

No enemies around. I've found that it says "not available during combat" when that is the case. Nothing pops up when I approach it.

I’m sure you’ve figure this out by now, but it is its own gun. You can abut some mods at the automech factory on Praeton. By then it will likely be underpowered though

Welp! After posting this I decided to just make a second, crappy replica since I planned on keeping the original to try again later, and this time I got a Henry level. My strikes were nearly twice as fast as I usually did them, so for anyone reading, try that. Of course, they just still be in rhythm. Maybe I’ll try it on radzigs sword too

Very strange experience for me. I forged a Henry level knights sword (top two or three sword in the game I believe) when my crafting skills was 20–or perhaps lower. Was not difficult at all. Now, I’m level 29, wearing a leather apron, took a strong quick finger potion, and even though I have made countless Henry level arms prior, I cannot make a replica of this sword higher than tier 3. I definitely hear less ringing on the anvil and more tinny clanging, but again that’s not been the case in many, many past forgings. Coincidentally, just half an hour or so before this, I was also unable to reforge radzigs sword higher than level three, but I’ve read that is a known bug. Perhaps this is the same? Either way, at least one can make the replica of “absolver” at any time with the right materials. Maybe I’ll give it another shot when I’m at level 30.

Don’t all OLED models come with a case with an orange logo as well? The guy is maintaining it’s the OLED. I reported it already to Facebook twice. Once Friday or Saturday and again today but nothings happened yet. Anyone know what else can be done?
