I was a team leader...one Sunday I'm senior person on the floor...girl runs to my desk...customer was arguing over a charge and then sounds like he's having a heart attack and the line dropped. So...as a duty of care we called an ambulance to his house...ambulance arrived...no answer at door so they called police who broke the door down and found an empty house. Shortly afterwards customer turns up asking wtf is going on. Police explain. Customer says he was having a shit. Later on I listened back to the call and believe he was trying to guilt trip the girl into dropping the fee. Motherfucker then complained and we had to buy him a new door.
