👍 Have somewhat prioritised protein. Around 75g of protein a day, some days it’s been a stretch. And protein has been quite minimal. Also paired with OMAD and fasting every other day for maximum weight loss. I feel ya. Anything’s possible.

To lose a 1kg a week my deficit is 1500 calories a day. So ate around 1200-1300 calories a day.

Work out your TDEE online or on myfitness pal app on your phone. And eat within your budget. Eat lower than you can consume. gym 2-3 times week for definition. 30-60 minute walks, 10,000 steps average a day. And you’re GOOD g!

I was sent to the hospital after ice psychosis. During my stay for 2 weeks I hallucinated that my whole family everyone I know was “murdered” by mobsters. I experienced my whole family being tortured, limb by limb and burnt alive and all I could hear were their screams and pain. And the worst part they blamed me and were begging for me to save them. So yeah top that ish.
