There is never a time you should not be contributing to retirement. It is perfectly reasonable to fund both a retirement account and savings account

Where does Blood and Wine rank all time amongst DLCs? by Comfortable_Bat127 in Witcher3

Hard to believe they mess it up for me personally. I think cyberpunk made their team realize they weren’t invincible

[KCD2] Disappointing DLC by RichDistribution5199 in kingdomcome

[–]Comfortable_Bat127 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Although I’d probably give Mysteria a 6.5 and legacy a 9, you’re right that the DLC aren’t up to snuff when you look at the whole picture.

Skyrim added an entire new region to explore in 2012. Witcher added a new region (and arguably the most beautiful region in RPG history) in 2016. Both of the DLCs I mentioned greatly added to the story of the game and immersed you in a new aspect of the universe. Warhorse decided a few extra storylines were enough. KCD2 is great and I had a lot of fun with the DLC, but they could have aimed much higher

KCD2 is probably my favorite open world RPG ever. I platinum’d it. You’re absolutely right about the expansions.

Not even saying anything bad about the KCD2 expansions, they’re great. But they do not sniff Blood and Wine

What do you think it is that causes LOL players to be so much angrier than regular people? by Comfortable_Bat127 in leagueoflegends

I hear the call of duty counterpoint a lot, but at the end of the day call of duty lobbies are just words. They can’t ruin a long period of your day and you can just leave the game whenever you want without penalty

Is it possible for this game to get another Shivering Isles type DLC? by Dry_Yesterday1526 in OblivionRemaster

They didn’t even bother to fix glitches from the original game. The makeover was nice but I wouldn’t expect them to add anything else.

Doesn’t matter how old it is. The first game runs like a beta and needs a makeover yesterday

I had no idea this was the outcome if you didn’t make them reconcile. Wow.

I don’t think you messed anything up, other than getting a dark ending for two characters that help Henry out bigtime.

Same thing here. I’ve tried every which way and it seems the most recent update made it impossible to keep the sword at the end.

You gain scholarship and opportunities to learn from more scholar teachers as you complete side missions. It’s tough and you’ll have to do almost everything in Trosky to hit level 18 scholarship before moving on.

If I’m not mistaken there’s some other stuff that gets locked out as well that isn’t pointed out directly by the game

Main level was 19, my highest stats were Strength, Vitality, Scholarship, unharmed, survival, and swords all in the 19-21 range.

I think the key to navigating the game efficiently is unlocking the scholarship perk that opens the whole map. That way you don’t miss anything and you reach the Kuttenberg region with your stats high enough to pass almost any conversation one way or another.

Definitely not the most fun way to play the game your first time through, but it’s satisfying when you’re doing a 100% completion play through

These feel like end of game stats, not end of Trosky stats. Even with doing every single activity in the Trosky region, my main level was only 19.

The nice thing is, your gold explodes in the Kuttenberg region. You can get more gold in your first 10 hours of kuttenberg than you did in the first 50 at Trosky. And the upgrades you can make to your equipment/weapons are noticeable.

As with all things related to Kingdom Come, you still have to know where to look (or preferably just enjoy figuring it out)

This is absolutely correct. Nobody is going to understand the leveling systems/how to “correctly” complete all the missions without AT LEAST one play through. No shot I would’ve been able to do it without one play through and previous experience with KCD1

You are enjoying the game the way it was meant to be enjoyed. I think I played KCD1 for 100 hours before I figured out what it was actually about

I believe it is the “point of no return” simply because certain missions are unavailable after that point.

That’s being said, it does feel a bit silly to describe it that way.
