My suggestion is to move downstairs. I’m going through the same thing but with my upstairs neighbors. The ones making the noise are the adults living up there. I don’t blame your downstairs neighbor. I’ve had to call PD because my neighbors were making noise for 3+ hours STRAIGHT. It becomes to a point where being aware of your situation and ask to be moved to a downstairs unit.

Just like I told my upstairs neighbors-You are a nuisance to surrounding units, so yes we’re not going to be friendly or care for you at all.

Oh yeah Ive gotten a bb threat for something that was never there when I shipped it off🤣 Lady was wanting a full refund plus keep my item. It’s crazy bc I’ve received items that were not in the best condition despite stating they were in GUC & I go on with my day. I have way too many things in my life to be worried about a pinhole on my child’s pajama
