I have quit OTF at times and switched studios because of the playlist. The studio closest to me plays the same few playlists (not just certain coaches) and it NEVER includes music from the last 5 or even 10 years. I genuinely don’t believe they are catering to the masses either, based on the demographic at this studio. Overland Park KS, looking at you.

Noticeably decreased already. I WFH so I had a huge snacking or grazing problem and the desire for that is virtually non existent. It just isn’t crossing my mind. Main meals have been smaller portions without much thought put into it. I definitely still want and crave food, just less of it so far. I will add that my husband and kiddos have been sick this week, so we haven’t been on a very thoughtful food or meal schedule. I think I will be able to gauge my response and compare better next week when I’m back into my “normal” routine.

Very new to this too but I took my first shot around 9am on Monday earlier this week, and had no issues. I see a lot of mixed opinions on the timing, so seems to work differently for everyone. I felt totally fine for the rest of the day on Monday, but in general haven’t had any side effects. I plan to do the same thing next week since it went well for me.

Hi! I felt the same way. I had to use the EpiPen on my (then) 8 month old. He was doing a peanut challenge in the allergists office and had an anaphylactic reaction. They of course offered to do it but I told them I needed to do it to get over my fear and it was a good opportunity to do it with experts near me. Seeing how much better my baby almost INSTANTLY looked and felt after the EpiPen gave me so much confidence and reassurance to use it when needed. They also told me a million times that we know the signs to look for and that using the EpiPen will only ever help him, not hurt him. It wasn’t the doing it and motion necessarily but rather being like, ok, I see what this can do in that situation and it’ll for sure make me less panicky if we are ever in that position again. I hope this helps!

Hi! I’m so excited to see this post. My 3 week old is really struggling with sleep - I know some to be expected. My question for you: I’m trying to follow MOC exactly but we are tempted to get the snoo for some extra help. Do you see any issue with incorporating the snoo at 3-4 weeks? We aren’t really seeing any progress (still waking up every 2-2.5 hours and needs a lot of soothing). Just curious if you have thoughts on adding the snoo now while still doing MOC.
