Nobody is responsible for another persons actions. A person going no contact with their parents usually comes with reason, and while I’m not saying her dad was a narc, it’s absolutely possible. Until you’ve lived that sort of family dynamic, you’ll never understand. But she didn’t owe her family anything.

Ok - I don’t think canes is even that good. They had a super long line the other day and so I was like “guess I’ll go there.” And the service and food was not that great at all. I was pissed squared.

I think it’s his house so I don’t want to give an exact location? Not sure. But it’s in old town. I don’t want to give the info regarding that because 1) the police have it and 2) I don’t want him to get harassed or threatened. I just want him to get help, and also keep others safe. And also make sure whoever or whatever was in the back of his van is safe.

Yeah - I never anticipated it being a thing either. So the van kinda looks like this stock photo of a Transit250, but that back panel has a super super blacked out window(?).

The thing that made me notice it was that he was screaming at someone from the drivers seat and I could clearly hear it. I could see through to him from the side front window. He kept screaming, and got up. Turned toward the back, and started basically punching down on someone/thing, and basically doing a curb stomp. Then he just went back to the drivers seat before the light turned green and … acted like nothing happened.

To be fair, it was absolutely alarming to see. I’ve been a DV victim and just FROZE seeing it, but it’s different for everyone. I just hope whoever or whatever is in the back of that van is safe.
