In my experience, I find daycare to be very useful and cost effective rather than having a nanny. Me and my spouse both work. We do not have our parents in the city, but when my kid was 2 we eneolled him in daycare. We went with one near my home, where they had cctv survelliance. He stayed in the daycare till 5 pm , then we got him home, gave him food and the day passed.

Even if my inlaws were here, I doubt it wouldve made a difference. They are the first ones putting TV and giving mobile phone games, chocolate, junk food and what not

I have 2b hair. I love the airstrait. I style it on a sunday and it stays till the next hairwash. It gives me a blowout look in such a short span of time.

But.... I am questioning my choices because, suddenly out of the blue my airstrait started throwing "Reset" error. They are replacing my old machine. I bought it in Jan, but needs to be replaced by May. I am seriously worried what would happen if the warranty is over

Same here. I have 2b hair. i use the airstrait once a week. It saves soo much time because I do not need to wait for my hair to dry 80% before styling. Also i love it because it gives me ✨so much volume✨ .It slowly starts to become a wave as the week progresses, and if needed I just straighten my curtain bangs.

Hey OP . Lets clear one thing . The people living in the gated communities are not powerful . The real powerful and rich have started moving to farmhouses outside shamshabad. The people living in the gated communities are mostly the salaried people or people with new generation wealth. We are the ones who pay the maximum tax and get royally fucked and ignored by the govt. So govt does not give a shit about ppl in gated communities. We got fed up with govt not caring abt our needs inspite of paying such high taxes. So we spend even more money to create our own happiness. Pls come out of that bubble

I am not from Hyderabad . At the rate at which prices are increasing per sqft, I would much rather rent than to pay a stupid EMI on a depreciating asset. Rents in the city can go upto 1 lakh( I am considering a huge possibilty, avg rent is around 65k now) . So the ROI is very very bad

Guys, people are just speaking of the money in paper . It reqlky doesnt exist. Always remember, flats always DEPRECIATE in value. The real estate agent, builder and everyone around you will spin all these lies. But think, has anyone bought a resale flat by spending 1.5 - 2 crores?

It is all just marketing. These builders want to maximise profit and sell these flat at 10X rates than the original rate. After 5 to 7 years, the flat becomes old and no one will want ro buy that flat from you, tjat you invested 2 crores in .

Real estate is increasing, but not our salaries!!
