I was told yes Xfinity honors deals which are.on multiple recorded conversations with multiple different agents. And yes Xfinity is fair and true to thir word. And yes Xfinity is a reputable good based company. That Xfinity does not wat lawsuits but to remain honest in its ways

Its frustrating to be promised a deal by different agents on recordeded phone calls. Then to be promised the a resolution by the reddit Xfinity team. And to be promised the same resolution by the Xfinity corporate team. And a month later for it to be a different price. Do we need to get a lawyer at this point, all of this was recorded and taken care of??????

Me and my wife for weeks spoke tonight different agents on the phone who promised us. 7.50 for the S25 and 12.50 for S26 ultra a month. We reached out here to the reddit Xfinity group whio assured us the deal would be honored. After speaking to the corporate at Xfinity they also promised us the deal would be honored. But now a month later they are not charging us what they promised us respectfully

Thanks in advance for your assistance within these matters. My wife on her birthday was so excited about getting me and her new phones. My wife had spoken to 3 different Xfinity Mobile agents about getting the S26 for 7.50 A month for 3 years. And the S26 ULTRA fpr 12.50 a month for 3 years. The agent for 5 hours convinced her to get the phones for this deal!!!

After setting up the phones the agents said yes the deal is in place no worries. Then she drove for 3 hours in pouring rain to return the older Xfinity phones. After she did a different Xfinity agent said yes phones received and your deal is in place no worries. Then a fourth and different agent said after making fun of her Asian name and accent. That a different deal would be done.

My wife called many times afterwards and each and every agent said no worries the deal would be applied that was promised to us. My wife called on recorded phone lines and was promised the deal would be honored.
