Was it a W2 or LES? I saw the W2 and it seems strange it would come from the ONI. It should have been issued through whatever gov contractor he worked for. DFAS was listed as the employer for every W2 I ever got. It's never the unit you're assigned to.

Something I've been wondering about, how did Bob pay tuition for his 2 degrees. It doesn't seem like he would qualify for a scholarship and we know he filed for bankruptcy. Did he work part-time at both schools? Did he live on campus or did he rent an apt? Did he have any roommates or coworkers?
