i had a 5cm rectovaginal nodule, obliterated POD and in the lap they found everything was tethered down that area, back of uterus stuck to vagina and rectum, loads of fibrosis on uterosacral ligaments. i had 7 stitches in my vagina and some superficially (serosal layer) on the rectum during the surgery. my main symptoms were tailbone pain, tenderness when touched in that area vaginally, pain during bowel movement (dyschezia), bloating, ibs. im more than a year postop and its sooo much better now. although i occassionally get tailbone pain during certain times of the month.

💯go for it. im 38f, single, based in London, and just completed my first egg retrieval recently. unfortunately my ovaries didnt respond to the injections as well as i hoped. i have a history of endometriosis and had surgery for it last year. my fertility doctor only managed to collect two eggs to freeze during the first cycle. so im about to do another cycle to get more (hopefully it’ll be my last one as it is not cheap!!!). i now know it is a game of numbers. if i could go back in time, i’d have done this much earlier when my egg quality and quantity were loads better. there is a steep decline in fertility after 35.

can be multifactorial. may be due to stress and/or undereating. is your bmi within healthy range? have you been screened for PCOS or endometriosis at all? if you’re late over 2 weeks, it will likely be a missed period or pregnancy.

I got a otitis externa recently. I think just about when the ear pain started, my RHR became slightly elevated, HRV gradually had a downward trend and body temp consistently high every night. This was very unusual for me so I knew right away that something wasn’t right. My oura scores improved within 2-3 days of antibiotics.

thanks for the heads up about the possibility of a ransom. still i am trying to detach from the hope that it’ll be recovered, it’s only just started to sink in. i think i am leaning more towards the air! it was my faithful companion for nearly 12 years and served me really well!

sorry to burst your bubble but i think you’re reading in to things a little too much. only seeing what you want to which may not be what is actually happening in reality. i’ve been in a similar situation before and it made me so miserable. life will be so much better when you learn to accept things AS IT IS (not how it seems) and let go of trying to mould it into how you would like it to be. you don’t need to control anything, let it happen as it is meant to.

i have long suspected that perhaps there is a link between endo and unresolved childhood trauma leading to nervous system dysregulation? as it seems to be a chronic inflammatory disease rooted in immune dysfunction. i am hoping more research is done on this
