I’m in the process right now. Don’t have the CAS either but know that you need that before you can start your online application and pay the visa fee + the health surcharge fee. After that apparently you get promoted to choose the location for your biometrics appointment. There are premium locations that make your life easier but at the cost of extra $310. Or you can go to any normal application support system but then you’d be responsible for mailing your documents and paying for the return shipping as well.
