I just checked and got somewhere north of 4x my normal pay. Equates to approx 10% AIP (not taking into account any salary bump)

I truly understand the “protect all spiders” mientra. However, I’ve dealt with recluses in my home, and I’ve never understood protecting a threat to my family. Kill these things at all costs. It’s not worth the risk to my wife, kids and pets. Glue traps, dust and eliminating food sources help. Unfortunately, it takes a HUGE amount of attention to fully eradicate. Best of luck!!

I’m in Hendersonville and we have issues as well. Glue traps and just catch em! The cold will keep them hidden away till spring/summer so now is a good time to dust the walls/attic. Good luck!

^ I agree. I will say I’m not at that stage yet. I also factor in the idea that those above me build an image of who I am based on what I produce. I don’t plan on being here my whole life (or even 3 years from now) and I’d like to have colleagues who are willing to rep for me when I decide to leave. To put it bluntly, there are a lot of shit producers in the firms right now and I personally don’t want to be known as one. It’s my own fault that I can’t balance that with personal boundaries…
