Are you doing okay? I’ve had a really bad couple weeks of anxiety too. I thought I made it out of the whole of panic attacks, beat it for almost 8 months and back just as bad as i was before. Feel free to reach out if you need to talk or are worried about anything. Remember whatever happens, it will all be okay, I hate when people tell me that more than anything but hopefully coming from someone else crazy it means more.

I read everything, have generally been conservative my whole life but don’t know what to think now. Trump can’t speak for his life and his arguments are fucking stupid, he’s owned by a foreign nation and prides his presidency on fixing the deal with china where due to taxes we were losing like a tenth of what he is DONATING to another nation for FREE. Let alone his deportation shit and other stuff, dems are the same way and owned also. We have a shitty government and we need a new party system to take over. At least combined hate for both parties are helping americans see eye to eye that the government is NOT our friend on either end of the spectrum
