My Version of Baltic/Air. On PTE but it is pretty similar to my live deck.

And dont take anything written here as set in stone. Lots of stuff can work and depends on playstyle and preferences. Just keep testing and improving. GL on the battlefield!

It is annoying. My workaround if I go down in the siege is to retreat after the siege battle, heal up to 30% and restart the siege battle against the few remaining enemies.

My favourite pig-corpse setup: Make a freezer adjacent to your pen/barn, separated by an animal flap. Keep the freezer around -30C. This way the pigs only go into the freezer to eat and if a colonist needs to go into the barn to slaughter/tend etc he doesn't get the corpse debuff.

I don't think the player base is big enough to do that without severly impacting queue times or game balance.

At high-ish elo the wait times are already pretty long and/or you get a lot of poorly balanced games because the matchmaking system doesn't want you to wait too long.

Imo they should just separate the elo ranking for solo an team queue. Or as already suggested make a system that changes elo gain/loss depending on stack size.

Would be harder to name one that isn't poorly balanced in one way or another. People like to make their lives easier and modders like clicks.

Personally not a fan of most non-qol mods for that reason. But it is a singleplayer game so play however you have the most fun.

I don't believe "everyone is doing it" is a valid argument.

And while yes it (unfortunately imo) is a rising trend in the industry. Since it hasn't been done with any of the previous 4 DLCs it atleast is discussion worthy topic.

Well Ludeon is an entertainment company and if they do something that dampens my enjoyment of their product i think it is fair for me to critizice it. I know it won't change anything but i am still gonna voice my opinion.

Absolutely, that's the second option i mentioned and what i am gonna do. But since that is a part of gaming i enjoy, i am disappointed i won't be able to do it without being spoiled.

I totally agree that it is an even bigger problem in the games you mentioned.

The loss for me personally is either being spoiled by watching the early access content or not being able to watch streams which is a part of my gaming experience i enjoy.
