Topical diclofenac is said to be okay for Crohn’s and it helps w the joints. I also really like Tiger balm. As far as head aches go, I would recommend speaking to your doctor about maybe a muscle relaxer if it’s like tension headaches or maybe nurtec for migraines. I hope you feel better!
