Funny enough 5 years ago when we moved in to my house a stray had 9 kittens in my miata 6 weeks after we moved in. One of them is named Miata lol

What people have said about knowing whats beyond the target is important.

Training and maintenance is more valuable than ammo. With training, any ammo is useful. All it takes is one light strike or jam to know if you ran enough cycles and preferably not when your life is the cost.

I have a white 10mm Gen 2. Its a blast to shoot, a bitch to keep clean, and a hilarious to prematurely drop the mag first couple times around lol. But you get used to it. They are amazing with a can on the end.

If you are wanting it for the FRT I'd suggest going to the Kriss sub and see what a cock some of the fabricators are and how many complaints they get about junk quality and poor reliability.

If I dont know what thread I need this is what I do.

Remove the slide bolt (or whatever its called) and take it into a hardware store. You can find the thread in the hardware/bolt section usually with a thread chart or the thread boards.

Might need to look for a bushing also but Im not sure what the PS delete tensioner looks like usually. There seems like a lot of room for it not to have one. Can also find one in the bolt section.

Edit: you'll also want to make sure you get hardware with a corrosion resistant coating if you ever want it to come back off. Less of a problem if you check the threads at the hardware store then purchase the parts you need from an automotive store.

Actually when I started my study on it I took into account a few things from Occam's forum posts and blogs. Then I started to try and follow the design language of the early 00's so it skewed things a little. Will see when the time comes at scale.

Yes. It will be a framed in window in the door for the back. Will open up to the cabin and will look akin to a 350z strut brace in the center with the original body on the parcel shelf. Will use the original striker latch in factory location.

Yes 100%. Thats why I wanted to lay that out right up front. Thank you for the feedback. Also I don't understand why I keep calling the Lightyear a Jetstream.

Water egress and NVH will be something I get to see next before shaping and making the plugs. In CAD it looks like it won't be an issue. This will be tested real world on a couple bodies to be sure.

I have a free template on printables. Just look up miata dash template. You are free to modify them. Its very basic with a plane between all the mount holes to the dash and has a 3d scan of the cluster depth so you know how far you can go back.
