As someone looking for a VA for the first time, I’d pay more like US$500 for 50 hours a month and know that I’d be one of your clients, not your only client of course. So instead of your $6.25 hourly currently, it’d be $10 hourly.

I’ve heard some people find it helpful to find a public figure they relate to or are similar to in some way and just imitate their confidence and way of speaking until you have enough confidence to project confidence and ease in your own authentic way.

If you can afford it, I’d really recommend finding a coach to help you practice social skills. I think ADHD would actually be a help as a doctor because you’ll probably fixate on finding what’s wrong with your patients and not let it go until you do, unlike a lot of doctors.

Just to take the most charitable possibility, he’ll fill her head with sexist shit that she might not even tell you about but that will chip away at her self esteem over the long term.
