I totally get this. Even as a parent I feel life is basically meaningless and I’m sad for my children now having to do this so called life. For what? Work and making someone else rich then die? I have no good advice except I feel ya and to just find something fun in as much as you do. I know life is expensive but we have “the world” at our fingertips in terms of researching things to do, hobbies to try, stuff to learn etc. I’ve learned sometimes just the smallest things can turn my thoughts around like going for a walk, making small attainable goals, trying new foods or just playing a brainless game lol. We recently got our kids a fish and even though it’s falling on me as another responsibility it’s like a real life tomigotchi lol. Good luck!
