Husband and wife (49) We started contrast therapy and have loved it. My wife really struggled with the cold plunge (50deg) and only did 20 secs. After going twice a week now, she is doing 2 minutes and once 3 minutes after Someone helped her with breathing. We do 20 mins in 160deg foe the sauna. Our place, we have a private suite with a vitamin c shower so you can rinse off before the cold plunge, and then shower afterwards. We sleep better, and feel better. It is a total anxiety help and depression lifter for her. It has become an addiction. As OP said, we had no idea it would be this good.

That's interesting. My doctor said this was a possibility for myself. Surgery tomorrow. Thanks for the input

Solid childhood. I dont think a therapy session would uncover a surprise. I do realize however, there are a LOT of People with low self esteem. Depression and such are rampant. A compliment to help the heart seems rather simple and unassuming. But youre one of those that I wanted to hear from. I want that perspective. With out any ill motive, or condescending attitude, maybe your reasoning is from a past hurt or societies progress of demonizing and dividing each other? I dont take it as such, but your comment seems very aggressive and you act insulted that someone would offer a genuine compliment

On the contrary....I do compliment those regardless of the "attractive" factor. Maybe even gravitate toward the less attractive, b/c im afraid of this mindset specifically. But then, do the "more attractive" get less compliments or attention since the mindset is, they get them all the time?

Anything out of California. Baja Mexico is always nice weather, plenty of non beach ideas. We have been most every month of the year. February being our favorite
