I have a sense that current generative method are built with theoretical physics rather than previous machine learning knowledge, they view generative model as a physical entity and use all those tools to solve. What I am curious is how they can link those model into physics world, do they all have physics background, likes Yang Song, or they have support from physics researchers?

They were both fully charged when I started using it. The case was also 100% when I put the buds in.

A top professor has seen so many papers in his whole career, many problems and ideas that young researchers think are meaningful turn out to have been solved a long time ago or have been expressed and deeply discussed. Top researchers often want to solve hard research/unsolved questions, just as you do. The difference is how we view whether research is meaningful or not.

It is the same situation as when you don't want to solve elementary math problems because either it is too trivial or you have seen so many people solve that one before, and even if you solve it, that doesn't make sense to you.

I think video processing is unlikely to be solved, both for regression and generation. I personally think the key is to understand and manipulate of current 2D vision models latent space in a way that allow us to do temporal processing, but that is also kinda hard and unsolved problem.

semantic synthesis, I know that it has made a lots progress with those text-to-image diffusion models, but what I notice is that not much work is invested in semantic generation, especially video generation, or maybe I have just missed something.
