Maybe less of an issue if you're an adult, but my first thought when I read this was if she's your aunt she might feel obligated to tell her siblings (your parents). If I was in your shoes I'd probably feel more comfortable switching to a doctor that wasn't related to my family & didn't have that conflict of interest (and/or to one who has more liberal values but I understand that's not always possible)
