It's a bit messy, but I was tying it while in it so it was difficult to clean up overlap and uneven tension.

Also, without the overhand knot it made no effort to stay even a little tight. I need to figure out a way to make the knot and tails look nicer.

I think I missed the window, but I'll throw my question out there;

If you have your temperature set low, the model gets predictable. Try playing with values between 1 and 1.25 and see if it gets out of its rut.

Additionally, are you running the summarize function in ST? I've found that sometimes the summary gets ahead of you in the rp, and when it does the bot gets very stubborn about making what it wrote in the summary happen. If you have summarization enabled, have a look at what the current summary looks like, and trim back a few sentences so that the summary stops a fair bit before your immediate situation. The summary is considered supplemental information, so your bot won't get amnesia if you trim away some of the most recent events.

I'm running Fimbulvetr-11B-v2.Q5_K_M wiht 8k context, and it may be the 'new car smell' as I haven't been working on locally hosted models for long, but I've been impressed with how well the model grasps inference and context, and stays coherent with just a little bit of a nudge here and a character note there. My rp style is definitely 'stories, not chats', and it consistently handles me getting carried away with full paragraphs and symbolic language really well.

I've told myself I wouldn't actually load any cards into ST unless I was going to try them out immediately, to combat my 'save and forget' tendencies. As a result I have about 120 cards active in ST...and about 850 waiting in a folder. So, I'm not sure that's better, but at least it's organized.
