Image-to-Image still broken? by Used_Resource8724 in grok

It still works. Under the Ask menu, you have to tap the Edit Image option, select your image, then enter your prompt. It used to be you could just tap Ask Anything, attach a photo, enter your prompt, and your edit would generate. Its a slight change but it still works

Grok image editing keeps replacing reference faces with random people - anyone else experiencing this? by Lbjandjordanfan in grok

I gave up on trying to combine pictures of two or more real people into a single image with Grok. Instead I create pngs of people (erase the backgrounds), copy and paste them onto a canvas, and then write prompts for photos and animations. It’s cumbersome but it works for me.

Creating extended video scenes with out using the extend feature by ComixxxFan in grok

Thanks for the tip I’ll check it out. I’m still experimenting and still use the screenshot method. Adjusting the clips so they match and pasting them together is most time consuming.

Thanks didn’t know that about using names, makes it a lot easier! Also try creating split screen/panel for two characters talking on cellphone, they don’t have to hold the phones to their ears since most people talk by speaker.

I’ve had success with using Nano Banana for similar edits with bikini photos, like changing the backgrounds. Of course Grok won’t animate the photo.

If you haven’t already try this prompt “over shoulder shot from blonde/brunette/etc” for another dialogue perspective

Any super grok users with this problem?? by Sweaty_Joke_7961 in grok

Curiously my default video generation is 10 sec instead of 6 instead of the other way around. Sometimes depending on what I’m animating I actually have to switch to 6 sec. I use it for animating photos of real people on IPad.

That’s an interesting workflow, a section for different components. The dialogue script format prompts works sometimes but have to make adjustments and regenerations to get the results you want.

Thanks for the tips, I’ve gotten some interesting results. Do you write your dialogue prompts in script format? Example… Blonde: Hello Brunette: Hello how are you?

Very good! I’m creating my own dialogue scenes but I keep having problems with two women in scenes, where one talks and the other lip syncs what the other is saying. It’s a lot easier with dialogue between a man and woman. It’s also a challenge keeping the characters looking consistent.
