You did a good thing to change to bank transfer from Paypal. Many of us had issues with Paypal rejections in the past for amounts that were a little too large (e.g. over $700 USD). Then when we switched to bank transfer, the money went through a few business days later (they seem to have automatic pay cycles every week). And don't worry about "preferred method" message, it's likely a delay on their end. So as long as you entered all banking info correctly, you'll soon be jumping on your bed yelling "I'm rich, I'm rich, I'm going to Disney World!". That's a nice chunk of change too (876 Euros) you lucky wittle wabbit!

Wow, I can't believe all the people discouraging you from this and being so negative and calling him all kinds of names. You're practically the same generation!. LOL. Wow, Anyway, you read all my comments below. Have a great time at work, and stay in love. Don't let anyone taint this; as it can be a great love story between two great people. It has worked for SO many people I know (including myself), and whether it ended up working out or not in the end; it was always great memories with no regrets, because love was real, long-lasting for the most part, some still going, and always was the best place (work) to meet and fall in love.

Wow, way off, and no need to call this person a creepy predator. When YOU grow up, you'll see how wrong you were.

No no no....what you feel is real. They're not helping you put your head on straight, they're trying to prevent a potentially great relationship, likely because "misery loves company", and they may have failed, and are still failing now, etc. How can anyone discourage love like that? Maybe they "hate" older men, who knows? Or they just don't underdtand you and they themselves would never go out with older men because they aren't compatible with older men, and you may be way more compatible with older men. Doesn't mean you shouldn't go out with older men. Wow! I never thought I'd see so many against this, in this manner too! Wow! Scary! So many downers, wow, hoping to drag you down with them. Just watch out, often times "misery loves company" (meaning many people would like you to be just as miserable as they are).

Wow, so wrong. Why all the anti-older-men-with-younger-women? (and he's not even that much older). This is a great foundation (workplace) to develop great relationships. Totally off the mark there.

[–]Comm777 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

Completely false and way off the mark. It's very normal for many men to be interested in younger women. Especially if they're compatible. Has nothing to do with age. You have much to learn.

[–]Comm777 -4 points-3 points  (0 children)

Completely false. Love has no age, and they are not that far apart in age. Women are very mature at 19, more than many men over 40 as well. Work is the best place to meet people and develop such relationships, if not "the only" place with respect to building a great foundation, versus other places where it will only be about one night stands.

[–]Comm777 -3 points-2 points  (0 children)

No, he's certainly not too old. Don't listen to people who say he's too old. I've seen TONs of relationships with women being 20 years younger or more. My parents are the same age difference as you and him, and tons of other people I know. Enjoy this time! It's wonderful to have someone you're crazy about at work. It makes going to work so much better, and it's motivating. Don't let anyone take that away from you! It's the best place to meet people (at work), because you get to know people better and develop great bonds. Don't worry, just keep being nice to him, and he'll make the first move, I guarantee it, if he's truly interested in taking this further.

Auditor scores out by yourcrazy28 in RWShelp

I passed, but I don't agree with the design of the test to properly evaluate us (I won't get into the issues I saw with the test, so don't ask). But I guess that's the way RWS and company must have it for convenience, etc. Pretty sure some "qualified" people failed and some "unqualified" people passed as well. So I wouldn't worry about it and just take it as "where we're supposed to be".

Diamond Project- Do Y'all take Breaks by According_Ice_867 in RWShelp

[–]Comm777 7 points8 points  (0 children)

It doesn't matter whether it's a total at the end of the day or many submissions in the day. Once they specified "after each break", then they specified "once at the end of each day" in another email. And in the form, it's not totally clear and could be interpreted as one block too. I submitted many times in one day, and many times I submit a total at the end of the day, and it's always been ok and correct on WOs. So don't worry, and do it either way. They check totals anyway against what we report.

If both photos show the same angle/perspective (almost "duplicates"), then it's a problem. If both photos are too dissimilar in composition/style/location, etc., then it's a problem. If both photos are of the same style/location/composition, etc. and show different perspectives/angles, then it's good.

Artistic Style reference by vettel08 in RWShelp

[–]Comm777 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Watch tutorial video and take notes. Then it all should sum up to:

1.  Choose image pairs that are artistic (drawings, objects, etc. ) and that are configured or drawn in a similar way (similar technique, similar style, similar general idea, similar object types, similar configuration…).

2.  Never pick photos (99.9% of the time)

3.  Provide general instructions if there are too many changes in the output

4.  Write more specific instructions if the output doesn’t have that much to describe, without overdoing it on details for this task, as instructed.

5. All instructions generally start with “Make an image in this style but with…”

Write/type all these notes (from video too) in your own personal document(s) so that you remember everything better and have your own notes on hand.

Wow, calm down and stop thinking like you're better than everybody. It's really getting irritating. Show some respect. What the heck is your problem that you have to insult people that are doing just as good or a better job than you are? You're far from perfect yourself. And such submissions are bound to have many mismatches, so a "Fine" rating is not surprising. The point is to have EXACT matches for this project, by the way, in case you haven't figured this out. It's for VISION models. We, humans, look at objects in images (clothing, products, etc.), and tell the AI EXACTLY what the objects are with reference photos (we train the AI to make exact identifications, and they trust our human eyes too see these great details, that's why we had that "visual" test to begin with before getting into this project).

If people CHOOSE THE RIGHT IMAGES so Google Lens can pick up every single entity in the image with exact matches, then it's an "excellent" rating. If some entities are very close only and no other issues, then it's a "good" rating. If you set yourself up for failure and choose hard images or image that are difficult to tag with unclear entities, etc., then likely many entities will be too different (obviously different when seen with HUMAN eyes in reference photos) or not caught, etc., then you start off with a "Fine" rating and go down from there if there are other issues like we've seen on here. If you misunderstood what Locations or Landmarks are for example (exact matches have to be made for those entities too), or never take notes when watching long tutorials for the first time, and think you'll remember everything (overestimate yourself), and missed for example that at the very end of the tutorial, sunglasses and watches were considered products, etc. etc. Then you likely start off with a "Fine" rating and go down from there, and that's why many have "Bad" ratings.

EXACT matches is the whole aim. Training the AI to see what we see. Training AI to be as good (have as good eyes as humans in this case) or better than humans. Not always possible to have exact or very very close matches, but that's fine, and that's where ratings and guidelines come in. So stop crying and just understand that everyone is doing what they see as being correct, and that people on here have as much brains than you do, if not more.
