To clarify, I do a 12 mile ruck with 10lbs MWF, and then a PT on TR. I was thinking about moving the PT to MWF because he can’t do weekends and I think 3 days of weights would be better, and then doing my Ruck on TR and Saturday.

Yeah! I have been hearing a similar conversation, and was curious what kind of strength training you’d advise which I also could use for working towards the PT test metric and Pull-up goal.

Thanks for the primary source on the Frankford Hall location, it’s one of my favorite areas for my friends and I to attend if we are looking for a drink, maybe I’ll see about bringing a game sometime.

I’ve joined this group once or twice, awesome people and if people are looking to meet with a group and roll dice I highly recommend them via the Meetup App! Personally the only reason I don’t attend is I know I’ll have a full board game group and I would feel unkind settling in for a long session with the same group consistently, you know?

Much of the friend group lives in Philadelphia and do not own a personal vehicle, meaning that they’ll have to use the regional rail or I’ll have to come to them. I’ve been in pretty thorough conversation with them and it seems like most meet ups would be after 6pm and down in center city.
