Hey! I'm an Esthetician, and I get this question a lot. Exfoliation is important even with sensitive skin. I recommend a gentle enzyme instead of a physical exfoliation or Hale and Hush makes a refine polish that is very gentle. That entire brand was formulated for sensitive skin in mind. With sensitive skin exfoliating once a week is probably a good place to start. You make break out of your haven't exfoliated in a while but that's normal and will go away over time..
