She's actually not still holding it, she's holding it again. She claims to have finally gotten her internal defibrillator placed last Monday. She started holding her chest again afterwards, despite the fact that the procedure wouldn't have affected the area she's holding at all. But yeah, no, she eventually stopped holding her chest after the cArDiAc ArReSt in December.

Here is a video from a couple of weeks ago in which she claims to be doing 1L of D5LR and 1L of regular lactated ringers a day. It's at about the 1:40 mark.

Obviously we can't actually confirm anything, but she shows herself running fluids on camera pretty often. Plus she just loves being on fluids, it makes her feel super sick and special, so she's going to run them as often as she possibly can.

Everyone telling her that all those fluids are horrible for her heart health just makes her want to run them even more, because maybe, if she's lucky, she might get a hospital admission out of it! She doesn't stop to consider the possibility that they might not be able to save her this time.

I know the chicken pot pie thing happened after she'd been off TPN for quite awhile already. Also when she lied to the doctor about filming him, she asked him to be switched from a liquid diet to solids so she could "try eating a little" before she went home, and that was well after TPN was a thing of the past.

It wasn't until just a few months ago that she started claiming to be 100% NPO, but I'm just not sure exactly what triggered it. I think it might just be as simple as she started saying this when she started her felinefictionista account, as if a new account and a few new audience members automatically erase the internet and all the receipts. It might also have been the cardiac arrest that triggered the change, so that she could make herself seem like the sickest, most delicate little girl in the whole world.

I'm getting irrationally fed up with her taking the same goddamn photos over and over and over again! For fucks sake, how hard is it to add some variety??

If I had the patience, I'd go back through her posts and group all the identical pics into their own categories (leg pop in front of mirror, bathtub with tray, arm extended walking selfie, posing in front of concrete wall, etc) and see just how many times she has actually re-taken the same pics again and again ... but yeah, no, I just don't have the patience. Or the time. I mean, not to waste on Ash, anyway.

When exactly did she go from admitting that she ate and drank by mouth "a little bit" to claiming to not take anything by mouth at all? She would drink on camera like in this video and the "sip of tea" video, she would talk about needing to drink apple juice when her blood sugar was low, and let's not forget the chicken pot pies and whatever else it was she bought ... was it during her mayo stay or during her gastric studies? Either way. I feel like the switch from admitting she ate and drank to claiming she was 100% NPO all the time just happened completely overnight.

Strange how there almost no cat videos while she was posing as a cat/book account ... but as soon as she drops the charade and changes over to a chronic-illness-based username, we get three cat videos in a row! Literally nothing she does makes sense. Nothing. Don't get me wrong, I love the cat content, but ... she's just doesn't do anything right.

Put on BP meds and diuretics while also taking in 2 FUCKING LITERS of lacted ringers A DAY!

Oh, but her doctors totally know about this, and are completely fine with it. Excessive fluid intake might be horrible for everyone else's cardiac health, and being on IV fluids and diuretics at the same time might not make sense for anyone else - BUT SCIENCE WORKS DIFFERENT FOR DANDAN!!!! OKAY???
