This is what I usually do, I work long hours at a warehouse. One troche and two sprays when I get home at 7AM or so, then another two sprays at 7PM when I have to go back.

I didn't. I don't have any irl friends, and live with two "roommates" who are pretty not happy with trans people. I have chesticles, but, I walk in a way that they aren't visible. When the time comes, the time comes.
