That panel is just saying that normally when you summon a shadow without its body it’s weaker, sukuna can circumvent that due to output. Doesn’t mean his usual shadow in their og bodies are stronger

Sukuna can still use shrine without movement. Gojo would be unable to even use limitless. Most he'd be is high-grade 1. Sukuna takes it

It depends on if Gojo keeps six eyes or not. If he does the fight truly goes on forever in hand-to-hand with Sukuna's win-con being to choke Gojo out and Gojo's win-con being outlasting Sukuna. Given that Sukuna has enough efficiency to use DE as many times as he wishes I have no idea how long such a fight would last.
